What We Recycle? - Everything!

We recycle everything we take out of your location.

 

 

We recycle the lamps and have the mercury disposed of according to state and federal laws to insure no mercury is being improperly released into the environment.
   
We recycle the cardboard that the lamps come in.
We recycle the light metal parts from the metal fixture that we retrofit and replace.
We recycle the ballasts used in all of the fixtures. If there are ballasts that contain PCB’s we have them disposed of as toxic waste-similar to how the lamps get recycled.
All excess wire that we take out is melted down and recycled as scrap metal.
   
All Batteries that we remove from exit signs and emergency lights are properly disposed of.
   
Thermostats containing a mercury bulb in them are recycled along wit  the lamps and PCB ballasts.
